Your first visit to Mead Square Smiles is the most important visit. Our waiting room is equipped with computers and wireless Internet for your use.  During your first appointment, we will ask you how you would like to be contacted.  Let us know if you prefer to be reached through an e-mail, phone call, SMS text message via your cell or through a regular mailing for updates and appointment reminders.

During your consultation, Jan and his staff will take time to learn about you, understand your expectations and listen to your concerns.  After assessing your current situation, with your permission, we will examine your head, neck and mouth, take the necessary x-rays and, if you allow us, take pictures of your mouth.  Please reserve 60-90 minutes for your first visit.

Jan will then spend some time after hours to go through the findings, put all things together and create a plan that best suits you and write down options for you. We know that your mouth and smile are very personal and we respect that. That is why we may ask you to come back to discuss the appropriate plans with you. After that it is up to you to decide which course of action you would like to take.
